Over the last decade, Garrison has advised companies on over 6.0 million square-feet and successfully negotiated over $1.0 billion in transactions since joining the firm.

Garrison is a Managing Director, helping lead the National Tenant Advisory Practice and is also member to Newmark's Innovation & Technology Practice Group.

He partners with local start-ups to Fortune 500's in both a domestic and international capacity to provide common sense solutions that will ultimately reduce any company's overall real estate spend.
